Two honorees from the 2023 class of “40 Under 40” have edited new editions of The Best of ABI, our annual compendiums of the best ABI Journal articles. James V. Block (Krautkramer & Block LLC; Weston, Wisc.) edited The Best of ABI 2023: The Year in Consumer Bankruptcy. His selections reflect the turbulent trends affecting consumer bankruptcy, including such topics as cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence and student loan discharges, but also has a section on practice pointers for consumer practitioners. For The Best of ABI 2023: The Year in Business Bankruptcy, Rachel A. Nicholson (Thornton Grout Finnigan LLP; Toronto) also selected topics related to cryptocurrency and claims, as well as selections on data security, SBRA, chapter 15, real estate and much more.
